Kindness picks people up and helps them on there way. It empowers others to continue on. I gets them up off the ground and to a warm place where they can function again.

I was talking to a couple in Cabin Fever that were recently retired. The wife said that he goes out to his shop and will stay out there for 8 hours sometimes. I told her just because he’s retired doesn’t mean he doesn’t need a place and a thing. 

“Angie was killed in a car accident.” Angie was my older sister. I was stunned to my core. I didn’t know what to say. I finally squeaked out, “What happened?” 

You have to ask yourself what has control of my life? What is pulling me to the place that I’m willing to compromise my values? Think about it.
