Cold Brew Concentrate

Thanks for picking up our Cold Brew Concentrate from Cabin Fever Marketplace!
What’s in your hands is the same smooth, strong cold brew we serve in our coffee shops—made in-house and steeped in cold water for at least 16 hours for that bold flavor and lower acidity.

This is concentrate, so don’t forget to dilute it 2:1—that’s 2 parts water or milk to 1 part concentrate. Each jar makes about 48oz of cold brew (or 3 grande-sized drinks).

We’re currently working on a refill option, and we’d love your thoughts! Would you be interested in bringing your jar back for a discount and a refill? Let us know!

Thanks for supporting small-batch, local coffee—right from your fridge.

🧊 Why Cold Brew?

Cold brew isn’t just iced coffee—it’s a smoother, slower, and more forgiving way to caffeinate. Here's why people love it:

Top Benefits of Cold Brew Coffee:

  1. Low Acidity, Easy on the Stomach
Cold water extraction makes cold brew naturally less acidic than hot-brewed coffee, making it gentler for people with sensitive stomachs.

  1. Smooth, Bold Flavor
The slow steeping process (usually 12–24 hours) draws out the natural chocolatey, nutty, and rich notes in the coffee without bitterness.

  2. Stronger, Longer-Lasting Energy
Cold brew is typically more concentrated and delivers a slow-release caffeine effect—meaning fewer crashes and more steady focus.

  3. Versatile & Customizable
Enjoy it black, with milk or dairy alternatives, sweetened, or even as a base for fun drinks (hello, cold brew lemonade!).

  4. Perfect for Hot Days or Busy Mornings
Cold brew keeps for up to two weeks in the fridge—making it a quick, no-fuss option that’s always ready when you are.

🔑 5 Best Tips for Enjoying Cold Brew:

  1. Dilute It Right
If you’re using concentrate (like from Cabin Fever Marketplace), the golden rule is a 2:1 ratio — 2 parts water or milk to 1 part concentrate. Taste and adjust from there!

  2. Experiment with Milk Alternatives
Cold brew pairs beautifully with almond, oat, or coconut milk. Try different combos to find your perfect match.

  3. Serve Over Ice, Not Watered Down
Use large ice cubes (or coffee ice cubes!) to keep it chilled without diluting the flavor too fast.

  4. Flavor It Simply
Add a splash of vanilla, a touch of maple syrup, or a dusting of cinnamon for a quick flavor boost without overpowering the coffee.

  5. Try it in Unexpected Ways
Use cold brew in smoothies, over vanilla ice cream for an affogato twist, or as a base for coffee mocktails.
