Bulk Coffee Catering, any location
Are you hosting a meeting or an event? Need great coffee for your guests? We’ve got you covered. We can offer brewed coffee in bulk, and we’ll supply our cups too. Here are the details you need to know:

Our options come in 2 gallon containers
2 gallons serves approx 20 people [$30]
4 gallons serves approx 40 people [$60]
— We include:
20 12oz. cups and 20 lids
20 sugar packets and 20 Splenda packets
[Doubled for the 4 gallon orders]
We need a one week notice to make sure we have the containers available and the appropriate amount of fresh coffee beans for your order. To order, fill out the information below. We also have the ability to invoice you to make things easier!
*We will need our containers returned by the next day unless otherwise arranged. You will be asked to sign a form ensuring proper return of our containers. We appreciate your help and understanding. The contract form is below for each location.

We can do all of these things and possibly more.
We can also invoice you for your order and have it paid before pick up to skip the line.

Ways to help us:
Contact us early. We’d love more than 24 hours notice, but it can be done within.
Give as many detailed specifics as possible.
If you’d like to order 8 or more sandwiches, we’ll need a little time to put those together for you. We would like to have a 24 hour notice on these types of orders so we can be staffed correctly and make sure that we can take care of our customers in line as well as your large order in the best manner possible.
Donations
Looking for a donation from Cabin Fever Coffee? At Cabin Fever Coffee, we're always looking to give back to the community that's been there for us since day one. We want to hear from you about the cause you're working for and how we can help. We have a budget set aside to just give and be a blessing in our community.
We receive tons of donation requests every week. Because of this, we can't always respond with a yes or a no. If your donation request is approved, you will receive an email from one of our team members.
To be considered for a donation, read through our giving guidelines and then, please fill out the form below. We must receive this request at least one month in advance of the due date to give us time to process your request. Donation requests are filled on a first come, first serve basis.
Guidelines for approval:
- We donate to non-profit organizations that serve our community
- We can consider only donation requests that are submitted on this form. We cannot handle requests over the counter or by phone.
- We can only consider donation requests for events or organizations within Defiance County or that are local to our locations.
- We ask that you submit this form at least 30 days prior to your event.
