Hosting a meeting, event, or gathering that needs a serious coffee upgrade? We’d love to help.

To make sure we have the containers and the right amount of fresh coffee beans ready for you, we ask that all bulk coffee orders be placed at least one week in advance. This helps us prepare your order with care and ensure availability. Here are the details you need to know:

— Choose your coffee: House, Decaf, or Flavored
— Choose the amount:
     Our options come in 2 gallon containers
     2 gallons serves approx 20 people [$30]
     4 gallons serves approx 40 people [$60]
— We include:
     20 12oz. cups and 20 lids
     20 sugar packets and 20 Splenda packets
     [Doubled for the 4 gallon orders]

A quick note about containers:

Our coffee carafes are a valuable part of our catering supplies. We kindly ask that they be handled with care and returned within 12 hours of your event’s conclusion. This helps us continue offering catered coffee—whether for sale or donation—to others in our community.

If you're ordering catered coffee, we ask that you agree to return the carafes properly cleaned and on time, so we can fulfill future requests and commitments.
