Planning a baby shower, birthday party, graduation celebration, meeting, or another special gathering? We'd love to host you at the Cabin!
Our Southside location is available for private rentals on Sundays, with the earliest building access and setup time beginning at 3 PM.
Rental Rates
2-Hour Private Rental:
0–35 guests: $250 (includes one Cabin Fever barista on site)
36–50 guests: $350 (includes two Cabin Fever baristas on site)
Additional Hours:
0–35 guests: $50 per additional hour
36–50 guests: $100 per additional hour
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining rental balance is due seven days before your event.
Setup, Event Time & Cleanup
Each rental includes two hours of event time, plus one complimentary hour beforehand for decorating and setup, if needed.
Setup: You're welcome to arrive up to one hour before your scheduled event to decorate and prepare. Meetings or gatherings that don't require decorating may begin as early as 3 PM.
Event & Cleanup: Your two-hour rental includes your gathering and cleanup. We recommend allowing 15–20 minutes at the end of your rental to clean up.
Departure: All guests, decorations, food, and personal belongings must be removed, and the space returned to its original condition, by your scheduled rental end time.
Additional rental time must be arranged and approved in advance.
What's Included?
Our Southside location offers a comfortable, welcoming space for gatherings of up to 50 guests.
Your rental includes:
Existing tables and seating
An 8-foot table upon request
Smart TV
Small speaker for background music
Trash cans, bags, and dumpster access
Cabin Fever barista(s) on site
You're welcome to bring your own food! We can also provide coffee, tea, and other beverages from our menu for an additional charge. Beverage service arrangements must be confirmed at least three weeks before your event.
