A Quick Note About Our Iced Lattes

To ensure the best flavor, our gallon-sized iced lattes are not filled completely with milk unless you specifically request it.

Leaving room in the container allows you to add ice without overflowing it while keeping the espresso, flavoring, and milk balanced just the way we intended. If we fill the container completely with milk, the drink will be more diluted and have a milder coffee and flavor profile.

If you'd prefer your gallon filled completely with milk, we're happy to do that—just let us know when placing your order!

Need ice? Just ask! We're happy to include a gallon-sized zip-top bag of ice with your order upon request, making it easy to serve your lattes exactly as intended.

• Keep refrigerated. These are good for up to 7 days, however we recommend for best taste and flavor quality, we recommend enjoying your latte within 24 hours of pickup.

A quick note about our coffee carafes:

Our coffee carafes are an important part of our catering program and allow us to serve coffee at meetings, parties, fundraisers, and community events throughout the area. We offer these insulated carafes in both 2-gallon and 4-gallon sizes.

Because these containers are a significant investment and are often reserved for multiple events each week, we kindly ask that they be returned clean and within 12 hours of your event.

If for some reason you need an extra day or two to get them back to us, please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

By placing a catered coffee order, you agree to return all carafes in good condition and by the agreed-upon return time. This helps us continue serving other customers and community organizations who are counting on them for their events as well. If the carafes are returned damaged or broken in any way, you will be charged for the cost of the damages. If the carafe is returned more than one week late, a late fee of $20 will be applied.

To place your order, simply complete the form below and we'll be in touch to confirm the details. Large drink orders require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to ensure we have the supplies, products, and equipment needed for your order.

All large drink orders will be invoiced, with payment due by the day of your scheduled pickup unless other arrangements have been made.
